Bare metal will give you the best, but needs management and can be expensive
Cloud should provide virtual resources, backups, DDOS, networking, storage, Ram, CPU and firewall/Router so you can build a secure cloud. but is complex and can also cost the earth
VPS is stright fwd, but can be exposed to threats as you have to manage it.
web hosting…. well there are hundreds of them. most over provision and your web server might fight for resources on a busy shared web server.
